The commission will come with a simple and plain background. Detailed backgrounds will have an additional payment depending on the complexity.

TERMS OF SERVICESPAYMENT

-50% upfront payment after a sketch has been approved. Full payment before completed artwork is delivered.
-No refundsTAT & PROGRESS
-Estimated completion time is 3-7 days from the start date.
-First-come, first-served basis.
- Regular updates will be provided at key stages:
•Sketch
•Base colors
•Rendering
- Feedback is encouraged at each stage to ensure satisfaction.
- Major changes are free during the sketch and base colors phase.ADDITIONS & REVISIONS
-Additional character +50% of the price.
-Additional props +5%
-Detailed backgrounds will depend on its complexity.
-Major revisions during the rendering phase +5%
-5 free minor revisions during rendering phase.
-Once the final artwork is approved, any revisions is no longer allowed.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios and social media.
- The commissioner has the right to use the artwork for personal use only (e.g., profile picture, wallpaper).
- Commercial use (e.g., selling prints, merchandise) is not allowed unless a separate agreement is made.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
